Dear Rogers,
Thank you for your letter of the 4th May (53846/38)
which I received yesterday evening, enclosing a draft note of
the meeting held on the 28th April about the proposal to
establish an aircraft factory in Hong Kong. My only comment
is that I should prefer the report of my remarks on the last
page to read:-
"Mr. Willis replied that they were not very much
concerned. U.K. trade might stand to gain if British machinery could be used by the factory.
